Welcome to The Voice in You! These Terms set the rhythm for how we work together. By using our website or joining lessons, you agree to follow these guidelines — designed to keep things clear, fair, and encouraging for everyone.

Our Services

We provide private and group voice lessons, audition prep, and related training in Somerset, KY and online.

Eligibility

- Students under 18 need parental consent.
- By registering, you confirm you’re able to enter into this agreement.

Lesson Policies

- Scheduling: Lessons are booked in advance through our sign-up form or directly with us.
- Cancellations: Please give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations may be charged in full.
- Refunds: Prepaid packages can be refunded within 7 days if unused. Completed lessons are non-refundable.

Payments

- Payments are due at the time of booking.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and approved payment options.
- Missed or unpaid balances may pause future lessons.

Studio Etiquette

- Respect for instructors and fellow students is expected at all times.
- Positive, supportive learning environments only — no disruptive or harmful behavior.
- We reserve the right to pause or end lessons if policies are violated.

Our Materials

- Lesson handouts, exercises, and recordings belong to The Voice in You.
- Please use them for your personal learning — not for resale or redistribution.

Liability

Singing is joyful but physical. While we guide you safely, The Voice in You is not responsible for vocal strain or injuries caused by misuse or unsupervised practice.

Website Use

Please don’t misuse our website (hacking, scraping, or disruptive behavior).

Ending Services

Either you or we may end services at any time, subject to the cancellation/refund policies above.

Governing Law

These Terms follow the laws of the State of Kentucky.
